Why Your CoMRAA Membership Matters

CoMRAA exists to represent and advance the interests of the CMRA industry—and the strength of that effort depends on the participation of our members.
Your membership supports work focused on several important areas:
Industry Advocacy: Engaging with USPS, policymakers, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders on matters affecting CMRAs and the broader mail-receiving ecosystem.
A Voice with USPS: Participating in MTAC and other industry discussions so the unique needs and concerns of CMRAs are represented.
Education & Information: Providing members with compliance updates, industry news, educational webinars, best practices, and resources to help navigate a changing regulatory environment.
Fraud Reduction: Supporting initiatives designed to reduce fraud within the CMRA ecosystem while helping legitimate operators protect their businesses and customers.
Industry Connections: Creating opportunities for members to connect with industry leaders, experts, advocates, and fellow CMRA operators.
Practical Support: Helping members identify resources and navigate operational, compliance, and postal issues when challenges arise.
A Stronger Collective Voice: Bringing together operators of all sizes so that the industry can address shared challenges collectively rather than individually.
Helping Our Industry Navigate Real-World Challenges
Advocacy is only one part of CoMRAA's work. We also serve as a resource for organizations navigating the practical challenges of operating within the CMRA ecosystem.
CoMRAA has assisted dozens of organizations with questions and challenges involving CMRA operations, USPS processes, compliance, and other industry matters. Mail delivery has been restored to member locations as CoMRAA has assisted in resolving issues involving mail delivery interruption, local postmaster challenges and BCG issues. Not receiving mail at your CMRA is unacceptable; it harms your business financially and damages your credibility with your customers.
Whether helping connect an organization with the appropriate resource, providing guidance based on industry experience, or helping elevate an issue to the appropriate stakeholders, our goal is to make sure members don't have to navigate these challenges alone.
Your Membership Gives the Industry a Stronger Voice
There are more than 15,000 CMRA locations across the United States, serving millions of customers. As our industry grows and evolves, having an organized and credible voice representing its interests becomes increasingly important.
CoMRAA's mission is to help build a vibrant, innovative, professional, and secure CMRA ecosystem—and to ensure our members have access, insights, connections, and representation along the way.
Thank you for being a CoMRAA member and for helping us build a stronger future for the CMRA industry.
