Antitrust Statement

CoMRAA is committed to full compliance with both federal and state antitrust laws to promote healthy competition within the Commercial Mail Receiving Agent industry. Our association serves as a forum for innovation and growth, but we firmly prohibit any actions or agreements among members that may unlawfully restrain trade or reduce competition.

1. Prohibited Conduct:

CoMRAA members are strictly prohibited from engaging in activities such as price-fixing, market allocation, bid-rigging, group boycotts, or other practices that may reduce competition.

No discussions on pricing, terms of service, or customer allocation will be tolerated in any CoMRAA meeting, communication, or event, including virtual gatherings.

2. Meeting Protocols:

All meetings, whether virtual or in-person, must adhere to these antitrust guidelines. Legal counsel may be required to monitor certain meetings to ensure compliance, and participants are encouraged to make a "noisy exit" if improper topics arise.

All meeting agendas will include a reference to antitrust compliance, and minutes will reflect that no prohibited discussions took place.

3. Penalties for Violations:

Violations of these rules can result in severe penalties, including but not limited to, disciplinary actions, fines, criminal liability, and expulsion from the organization.

4. Display of Policy:

This policy will be accessible on CoMRAA's website at https://www.comraa.org/antitrust
