From the desk of the Executive Director
On April 9th, CoMRAA board members met with the Government Operations subcommittee of the House Committee on Oversight. Our main objective was to educate them on the niche industry that CoMRAA represents. We reviewed the challenges encountered over the past several years in complying with newly implemented regulations that were introduced without input from the industry. We also discussed our association priorities and our efforts to improve the integrity of the CMRA program. In the event we encounter similar challenges in the future, our hope is that the Committee will assist us in supporting these efforts.
