Anita Pursley
CoMRAA Executive Director; MTAC Executive
Anita is honored to serve as the Executive Director for CoMRAA. Having previously supported an informal coalition of companies in the CMRA industry, she was inspired by the ingenuity and integrity of those impressive companies. As the ED, she strives to stay in the forefront of changes and innovations happening in the CMRA space and hopes to bring companies with common interests together to be proactive in shaping the future.  Anita spent most of her career in the printing and postal industry specializing in distribution, postal and government affairs. She is a past Chair of the Postmaster General's Mailers Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) and served 6 years on the executive committee.  She serves on the board of Women in Logistics and Delivery Services (WILDS) and served as Vice Chair for fifteen years. Anita has received numerous awards for her work in the postal industry, including a Lifetime Achievement Award presented by Postmaster General Patrick R. Donahoe. She lives in Dawsonville, Georgia where she enjoys lake life with her husband. She also enjoys traveling to spend time with her grandchildren.

William Edmundson
CoMRAA Board Chairman;
MTAC Representative; EVP Workspace Channel, iPostal1​
William is a Past Board President and Executive Director of the Global Workspace Association (GWA). He currently serves as Senior Vice President of iPostal1 Workspace, and has previously served as President & CEO of Abby Executive Suites, Chief Operating Officer of Office Evolution, and strategic consultant to the coworking and hospitality industries and other service and franchised industries. He is known for leading service and franchise organizations which have included over 120 CMRAs since 2010 and has launched and led brands, turned-around companies, and built amazing teams. He lives in his hometown of Houston, Texas with his wife Leah and extended family. He enjoys grilling and traveling to see their son’s musical performances at Colorado State University.

James Fulgenzi
CoMRAA Board Member;
MTAC Representative; Head of Public Policy and Strategic Communications, Proof
James serves as the Head of Public Policy and Strategic Communications at Proof (formerly Notarize), where he leads efforts to shape policies that prioritize consumer safety and the future of digital commerce. Proof is a pioneer in identity verification and online notarization, transforming processes in housing, retirement, financial services, and digital mail. James has extensive experience as a political and public affairs strategist working with companies and organizations at the intersection of technology and public policy. He is based in Washington, D.C., and regularly engages with stakeholders in state capitals across the country.

Doug Stang
CoMRAA Board Member; Head of Government Affairs, LegalZoom
Doug Stang currently serves as Head of Government Affairs for LegalZoom, a role he has held since 2022. In this position, he leads the company’s engagement with policymakers and stakeholders across the country at both the state and federal level, advancing LegalZoom’s mission to make legal and compliance services more accessible for small businesses and individuals. Before joining LegalZoom, Doug spent fifteen years at 3M Company, where he directed State Government Affairs and oversaw legislative and regulatory strategy across the United States. Earlier in his career, Doug worked as a Government Affairs Specialist at Lockridge, Grindal, Nauen LLP, where he focused on Minnesota legislative issues. He also served in Governor Tim Pawlenty’s administration; appointed by Governor Pawlenty to serve as Deputy Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Health, helping lead the agency’s operations and policy initiatives. Doug began his career in public service as an elected member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, where he served four terms.

Ann Daley

Ann Daley serves as Vice President of Global Postal Relations & Compliance at Quadient, a global intelligent platform enabling secure and professional business connections and transactions. With a career spanning more than two decades in postal affairs, regulatory strategy, and industry advocacy, Ann brings deep expertise and a collaborative spirit to her work. She enjoys bridging traditional infrastructure with best-in-class digital solutions and public policy to provide solutions to businesses that enhance their efficiency, reduces costs and delights customers. Ann lives in Newton, MA with her husband John and their three sons. She enjoys walking her cavalier, Rascal, and watching her sons’ play soccer.
